Herd Connections Workshop
Valour Farm
An invitation to explore being present, mindful, and connected to the herd and nature, just as horses do, with guidance from trained facilitators and equine partners.

Herd Calibration Workshop
Valour Farm
Dive deeper into some of the equine communication and mindfulness concepts that were introduced in Herd Connections.
Through a variety of experiential and somatic exercises, we will explore interactions with the horses and with ourselves. We will take a deeper look into the wisdom of the herd dynamics, such as present moment focus, nervous system regulation, and increasing awareness, intention and boundaries in our interactions. We will also discuss applications in our day to day lives.
This workshop is open to participants who have previously completed Herd Connections, as well as to Pro-EFW cetification candidates who have completed at least one training and are familiar with the core concepts.
